What this site actually collects, what we do with it, and what we never do — in plain English, because that's how we'd want it explained to us.

What do you collect?
Only what you choose to send us through the contact and assessment forms — your name, business, contact details, and what's going on with your books — plus anonymous usage analytics via Google Analytics.
What do you use it for?
One thing: responding to your inquiry and, if we end up working together, providing the services you asked about. Nothing else.
Do you sell or share my information?
No. We never sell your information and never share it with anyone for marketing. It goes to our team and the back-office provider that supports our intake and scheduling — nobody else.
Can I have my data deleted?
Yes — email hello@westgatefs.com and we'll delete your inquiry information.
1 · What we collect
Information you choose to send us.
This site has exactly one way of collecting personal information: the forms you fill out voluntarily — the free books assessment, the book-a-call request, and the contact form. When you submit one, we receive what you typed:
Who you are
Your name and business name.
How to reach you
Your email address and phone number.
About your books
The accounting software you use, your ZIP code, your situation, and anything you write in the message field.
Context
Which page of our site you submitted from and what you were asking about, so the right person can reply usefully.
If you call 832-702-3325 or email us directly, we use your contact information for one purpose: to respond to you.
2 · How it's processed and used
Where your form submission goes.
When you submit a form, it's processed by Google Apps Script and recorded in a private Google Sheet accessible to our team and our back-office operations provider. The same submission triggers an email notification to the firm — and a copy to that provider, who supports intake and scheduling under confidentiality — so we can reply within one business day. Google processes the submission as our service provider, under Google's privacy policy.
We use the information you send for one purpose only: responding to your inquiry and providing the services you asked about. We do not sell it. Beyond the service providers described on this page, we do not share it with anyone — and never for marketing. We do not add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for.
3 · Analytics & cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used.
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), which sets cookies and collects anonymous usage data — things like which pages are viewed, when someone taps a phone-number link, and when a form is successfully submitted. We use this to understand which pages are useful and how people find us. It does not identify you by name, and we don't combine it with the information you submit through a form.
Google Analytics is operated by Google under Google's privacy policy. You can control or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings — the site works fine without them.
4 · What this site doesn't do
The list of things we don't collect.
No accounts
There's nothing to sign up for and no passwords to store — this site has no user accounts.
No payment processing
We never take payment information through this website. Engagements are scoped and invoiced separately, in writing.
No other tracking
No advertising pixels, no remarketing tags, no social-media trackers. Google Analytics is the only analytics tool on this site.
5 · Retention & your choices
How long we keep it, and how to have it removed.
We keep inquiry information for as long as it's needed to respond to you and serve the working relationship — no longer. If you'd like the information you submitted deleted, email hello@westgatefs.com and we'll remove it.
If we make a material change to this policy, we'll update this page and its effective date.
